Abstract

The genesis of the formation of basic concepts is given: "culture", "management culture", "technological culture"; The common and different in their definition, the interrelations between them are revealed. The author's developed theoretic and applied model of technological culture of the head of the ZNZ, the definition of its components and the disclosure of the content indicates its complexity, scientific and practical significance. There are outlined the priority scientific approaches to the formation of the technological culture of the head of the NEC, the author's concept of research is confirmed by indicators of positive influence on the increase of its formation. The essence and practical significance of the axiological aspect of technological culture of the head of the NEC as a synergetic unity of social, professional, personal-communicative components are revealed. Technologies and criteria of estimation of levels of formation of technological culture of the head of the Department of Physical Education are developed. Illustrated positive results of the molding-testing experiment on raising the level of technological culture of the head of the ZNZ due to the introduction of author's innovations. It is addressed to the scientific workers of the socio-pedagogical direction, the leaders of the branch of education, the heads of the secondary schools, the students of the courses of advanced training, students of higher educational institutions.
