Abstract

Dissertation for a Candidate of Science in Psychology, specialty 19.00.07 – Pedagogical and Age Psychology. – Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, Kyiv, 2015. In the dissertation on the axiomatic approach background the conceptual base of personality’s motivational sphere is ordered. The model of personality’s motivational sphere is created. It includes orientation, mobilization, actualization and realization components, which sequentially turn one into another, generating a four-stroke cycle. The psychological premises of development of future psychologists’ motivational sphere of personality are defined. The organizational and methodical principles of the diagnostic research of psychological features of future psychologists’ motivational sphere of personality on certain characteristics are observed, the analysis of the personality’s motivational sphere components research results is given, the dynamics of changes in future psychologists’ motivational sphere of personality during four years is analyzed, the features of students-psychologists’, inclined for non-attendance of studies, motivational sphere are described. The typologization of personality’s motivational sphere is presented, the orthogonality of certain motivational sphere’s characteristics as a typology creation method is grounded. The typologies of students-psychologists’ personality on the criterion «achievement motivation», «adaptivity-perfectionism», «academic motivation» are described. The program of development optimization of future psychologists’ motivational sphere of personality is composed.
