Abstract

The article establishes that national minorities living in the territory of Ukraine, in the presence of cultural, everyday differences, different forms of mentality in their interrelations acquire systemic unity, transforming into a certain organizational integrity; The actualization of the creation of conditions for the development of all national languages and cultures, their free use of their native languages in all spheres of public life; activity of schools of national minorities is analysed in the context of differentiation of universal middle education in UKRAINE (70-80th of ХХ of century) that is provided by an only right to educations of national minorities in accordance with the programs Ministries sciences and formations of Ukraine with participation of managements of education and science at regional state administrations and local executive and organs of local self-government bodies; development of network of educational establishments of national minorities is shown on territory of Ukraine; changes are lighted up on curricula for schools of з болгарською, гагаузском, Moldavian, Polish, Hungarian languages of educating; it is set that a government created favourable terms for the study of Russian in schools of UKRAINE;it is traced, that power aimed to create single requirements to the construction of учебно-воспитательного process of schools on all territory of the USSR and to give to the people that lived in Ukraine, real possibility to develop the national culture and language; lighted up during realization of governmental politics in regard to formation of the Russian minorities the special value was acquired by questions on forming of network of general Russian schools; it is investigational, that formation of national minorities in 70-80th declared on equality of receipt of knowledge, abilities and skills, providing of free development of national languages and cultures, and also providing of necessities of ethnic minorities by educational and methodical literature.
