Abstract
The article analyzes the quality of professionalism in the formation of nurses masters by creating standards for a new generation of 223 specialty "Nursing". Requirements to quality of contents, structure and results of educational activity which defines the educational standard are proved. Integrated, special and general competence Masters of Nursing are determined. Requirements to internal quality assurance system are outlined: principles and procedures of ensuring education quality; monitoring and periodic review of education programs; annual estimation of higher education; existence of necessary resources for the organization of educational process; publicity of information on educational programs, higher education degrees and qualifications; prevention and detection of the academic plagiarism.
