Abstract

The concept reveals theoretical and methodological principles of forecasting the development of general secondary education, its content and procedural components. The concept is recommended for scientists, scientific and pedagogical workers of higher pedagogical educational establishments, public servants of general secondary education, directors and pedagogical staff of general educational institutions. The results of the forecasting of the development of general secondary education can be used in the process of developing the professional qualification characteristics of teachers, models of graduates of comprehensive educational institutions, the content of curricula, programs, textbooks, teaching aids, organizational forms, methods and means of teaching activity.
