Abstract

The article presents the author's scientific inquiry form – “Professional identity questionnaire of vocational school students”. The questionnaire, the inquiry form, the order processing, semantic description scales are offered. The results of students’ survey are represented in the files of the article. The validity of author's questionnaire is confirmed by methods of mathematical statistics. The article can be of interest to psychologists who study the phenomenon of professional identity, and also for teaching staff and administration of vocational school.
