Abstract

It was determined that deprivation – it is a mental state, when the child is not able to meet their basic needs sufficient measure for a long time. It has been established that there are different types of deprivation: sensory, social, parent. It is disclosed that the personal development of children with visual impairment occurs in conditions of multifactor deprivation. It is proved that the main focus of activities psychologist should be placed on preventing deviations in development cooperation which provides for compulsory direct social environment of the child.
