Abstract

This article presents the experience of Ukrainian social psychologists in the field of reflexive мanagement in organizations. Reflexive procedures are an integral part of reflective workshops and training mechanism for subjectivity participants of the reflexive event. There is a shortage subject of relations between teachers and students, students' parents and local territorial communities, which slows the effective implementation of the reforms of the educational sphere. Deficiency of subjectivity can satisfy reflexive procedures included in the technology of social and psychological support. It will help all participants in the educational process to regain authorship or co-authorship in the process of innovative changes. We present such reflexive procedures as conventional procedure, unfolding reflexivity "scoreboard", problematization procedure, qualification, holistic report, the procedure for creating and mixing groups. Particular attention is paid to the internal conflict and its participants productive processing. This is possible if properly alternate treatments of the subject of work and reflexive process. This creates an opportunity for participants to develop their subjectivity.
