Abstract

This аrticle presents the basic steps of creation process the reflexive technology social and psychological support of educational and social reforms, and features of design process. The main stages of the technology design process are: at first, the original scheme was created that reflects the project cycle of works from design to implementation. The second step design the social and psychological support technology determined the content of the structural components of each stage: the subject, objectives, processes, resources solutions, results. Third - singled out substantive level content components of the planned works, such as: information and communication technologies, social organization / group interaction, reflexive and resources components, networking and organization culture. Features of the creation process of the reflexive technology of social and psychological support are described in the analysis of intellectual reflection genre restrictions in the creative process and the necessary actions for the completion of the design process.
