Abstract

In the article the theoretical and practical principles of self-education of a future specialist in the field of public administration were shown. The essence of I-concept of the individual, through the cognition of the content nature of I-real, I- perfect, I-fantastic and I –dynamic was exposed. The significance of educational assistance in self-education of master students’ personality at higher educational institutions of mentioned type was determined. Pedagogical interaction between an instructor and student was presented in the context of various areas of the process of self-education: intellectual, moral, spiritual, cultural, physical, valeological and professional. The special attention was paid to the integrative nature of the professional sphere of self-education of a specialist in the administrative field. The basic guidelines for further research of the process of self-education of administrative personnel were determined.
