Abstract

The article reveals the content of the basic standard of the professional activity of a headmaster as a substrate of the process of teaching managers and a career basis as well as promoting the managerial competence in the Masters courses, postgraduate education and alternative educational establishments for the implementation of the state policy in the secondary education reform "New Ukrainian School".
