Abstract
At the time when Ukraine is experiencing restless period, neuro-emotional human system is being under constant pressure, necessity to control your own emotional state and feel the mood of others is more relevant than ever. If the teacher is able to understand his/her own emotional experiences and manage them, it is much easier to solve life's problems and interpersonal conflicts, communicate with children and adults.
