Abstract
The results of research of level of selfactualization of child's preschool mentors are exposed. Not all mentors of group have the signs of actualization of natural personality potential which are basis of self-actualization. The signs of self-actualization were obtained for the considerable groups of mentors on the indexes of «competence in time», «valued orientations», «looks to nature of man», «self-esteem», «synergy», «cognitive necessities».
