Abstract
The signs emotional and temperamental burnout of different age preschools mentors’ are conducted. There are found that almost half of all examined have symptoms of burnout in phase formation. The majority of mentors are extraverts, rigid, emotionally excitable and they have a low rate of reaction (leisurely). Correlation between emotionality and symptoms of emotional burnout of the mentors are defined.
