Abstract

On the basis of the concepts analysis оf «leadership», «management» and «entrepreneurship»there were outlined the subject matter of management, leadership and entrepreneurialabilities. Management is determined as systemarrangement; a function of highly organized forms of life, society, industrial and mechanical area which ensures their structural integrity, life-sustaining activity that is aimed on their dynamic development, the object impact for its change in the future; specific form of information accumulation.The concept of "leadership" is interpreted as the impact on groups of people, the type of management interaction that encourages them to achieve the goal; interpersonal interactions that is carried out through the communication process. Entrepreneurship is an ability to take the justified risk and to to introduce innovations. A businessman is an economic leader who makes main decisions, that need wit and decisiveness, who searches for possibilities inside and outside the organization, develops and introduces projects which deal with improvements, that predetermine changes, control development of projects. Managerial skills of pupils are allocated according to their management functions (planning, organization, management and control) in the light of their personal activity measurement (related to the particular system organization and management), staff (which involves people management, interpersonal interaction organization), industrial and technological (directly related to the organization of the technological process).Typology managerial skills is grounded on the basis of mutually complemented using of functional, activity, structural and psychological criteria. The leadership abilities of school students consist such aspects: the ability quickly and accurately to determine the best course of action, to lead the others by chosen way, to establish partnership cooperation, to work in a team, to be able to take responsibility for achieving goals overcoming challenges and so on. However there are important qualities such as credibility, activity, dominance, confidence, exactingness, tolerance, creativity, communicativeness, balance and stress resistance, reliability, perseverance, fairness, honesty, determination and so on. Entrepreneurship capabilities are picked out in accordance with such functions of a businessman: innovation, management, resource and risk. Entrepreneurial skills include activity, initiative, showing up creativity, capacity for introducing innovations, making decisions and, running the justified risk, independence, resourcefulness, determination, perseverance, etc.
