Abstract
The essence of the basic concept information was revealed; the characteristic features of information and educational environment in the educational institution and the strategy for its design as well as technological development of recommendations were considered. They can be applied in the process of modernization of education management system, improvement of the organizational and economic mechanism of information, processing the programs for the socioeconomic development of education. The specificity of educational management in terms of information and educational environment of the educational institution; pedagogical design as a mechanism for improvement and focused conversion of educational environment of the subjects of learning were studied.
