Abstract
In the article it was considered the necessity of basic competences formation of future specialists in the process of their professional training in the Polytechnical colleges during general technical disciplines studying. They will be given the opportunity to be prepared for further specialized professional training, and solve successfully a wide range of general professional tasks in the production, continuously develop competences, keep learning during life, to build their own career, which will satisfy personal needs and requirements of the employer raise the price of labor in the modern labor market.
