Abstract
In the training programs of "Art" consistent with the requirements of the standard basic and secondary education, taking into account the mental and physical characteristics of children with severe speech disorders, presented a thematic implementation of educational and correctional and developmental work that contributes to the parallel provision of art and language development of pupils , lists the benchmarks formation of sectoral competence of pupils at the end of the school year. Programs addressed to teachers of 8-10 grades special secondary schools for children with severe speech disorders, secondary education under conditions of inclusive and integrated education and is aimed at implementing the requirements provided for educational sector "Esthetic Culture".
