Abstract

This article continues the series of publications of the author on the development of professional competence of a specialist open society. Considered terminology correlation of basic concepts of competence approach, including competence, competence, competent professionalism. Cluster analysis is carried out professionally relevant competencies and competency of the teacher in their hierarchical relationship and interdependence.
