Abstract
Present VET linked to the active implementation of the pedagogical process new educational concept - competence approach. It should indicate that the dominant idea of education is competency preparation of fully developed personality means creatively effective learning. Therefore, modern teaching Technology should be directed not only to the formation of high levels of professional knowledge and skills graduates of vocational education and training and on their responsibility, initiative, strong-willed qualities, ability to independently acquire new knowledge. The article identified by expert evaluation the main factors that determine the involvement of students in self education. The results of the factor analysis reasonably leading pedagogical conditions that influence the efficiency of formation of self-educational competence future skilled workers.
