Abstract

The thesis is a theoretical and experimental study of the problem of postgraduate pedagogical education institutes teachers’ training to the use of audio-visual teaching aids. The basic concepts of research are analyzed, considered the problem of postgraduate pedagogical education institutes teachers’ training to the use of audio-visual teaching aids in the pedagogical theory and investigated the current state of audiovisual aids use by teachers of postgraduate pedagogical education institutes in practice and professional activities; grounded the structure of readiness of postgraduate pedagogical education institutes teachers’ training to the use of audiovisual teaching aids (components of readiness: motivational-value, cognitive, operational and activity, reflexive), criteria (motivational, cognitive, activity, reflexive) and levels (low, average, high) of its formation; educational technology of postgraduate pedagogical education institutes teachers’ training to the use of audiovisual teaching aids; stages of didactic material methodology development with using of audiovisual teaching aids for students refresher courses. The results of experimental activities are analyzed and implemented in the educational process of postgraduate education.
