Abstract

The paper considers a model of using ICT in modern U.S. education system. It’s presented analyze of the National Plan of educational information and communication technologies, that was issued by U.S. Department of Education in 2010. The presented a learning model, that based on the use of information and communication technologies; describes key aspects of the model.
