Abstract
Changes of the person in the postmodern paradigm are investigated. Personality as a permanent individual and cultural self-constituting processes are defined. Activity as a socio-psychological praxis is considered. Practices as a synthetic method of transformation of the self and the world are interpretated. Dialogic acts of the self-constructing that accumulate and articulate the experience of personality in various cultural fields are treated as a crucial forces of life-transformation.
