Abstract

The Article concerns the actual problem of studying stress resistance of future specialists of socionomic professions. Based on the analysis of the results of empirical research there are revealed the psychological features of types of behaviour in stressful situations, internal-external locus of control, index of resourceness, evaluation of losses and gains of personal resources and the specifics of their manifestations in modern university and vocational schools students. It was found that modern students are characterized by a high and average level of assessment of personal resources: average evaluation of personal gains is significantly higher than the evaluation of losses. It was found the significant correlation between: gender and personal losses assessments; the level of internal locus of control and index of resourceness; the level of internal locus of control and the behaviour type in stressful situation.
