Abstract

In the guidelines the features of psychological knowledge teaching in secondary schools, lyceums and gymnasiums. In the theoretical part the author substantiates the expediency of spiritual and personal approach to teaching practice, leads its leading principles, highlights the psychological mechanisms spiritual development of children and youth. Special attention is paid to the impact of psychosocial factors on spiritual formation of students. In the practical part offered psychological and pedagogical support spiritual development of students, shows on its approbation. Also noted the need to develop professional skills of the modern teacher and his spiritual qualities. For this given plan and program course "Psychological aspects of spiritual development" for teachers, teachers, psychologists and managers of the education system.
