Abstract
The monograph is devoted to the issue of scientific research that was aimed at the study of theoretical and methodological foundations of psychological professional selection of future teachers, youth development technology selection to higher educational institutions and experimental verification of their effectiveness. The content of monographs defined methodological basis of the study, presented his concept highlights the psychological principles of selection of high school students and graduates capable of teaching activities that make up personality and activity and profesiolohichnyy approaches, principles of psychological professional selection of future teachers professiograficheskoy and psychodiagnostical methods and criteria that determine the suitability of the individual to the educational and professional activities in the field of teacher education (professional orientation, ethical quality of thinking and information literacy, communication and organizational skills, emotional and volitional qualities, empathy, individually-typological properties); represented by means of evaluation and monitoring individual typological features, empathy, emotional and volitional, communicative, cognitive and professional orientation of future teachers; by psychological conditions of the procedure for professional selection of students to VPNZ (analysis and evaluation components, criteria and means of evaluation and monitoring of professional competence) that the system of psychological evaluation and prediction of the suitability of the individual to study in higher pedagogical school and educational activities provide about 'yektyvnist, reliability, accuracy, predictability, complexity, evidence of the results of the evaluation activities. Presented in the monograph are subject to material aimed at creating conditions for effective personal and professional development of the individual as the subject of a future teacher of life and professional activities capable of samozminyuvannya creative and professional fulfillment. The book is intended for employees of scientific institutions, higher educational institutions, institutions of postgraduate education, and is also useful for teachers of secondary schools, including teaching classes and university future teachers, employment centers, which carry out vocational work with youth, profkonsultantiv and other specialists in career counseling.
