Abstract

In methodical recommendations the teacher's profile with the indication of psychograms is presented, the structure of the pedagogical abilities of the future teacher is presented in detail, the levels of the teacher's performance are highlighted. The technology of selection of pupils' youth to higher educational institutions of pedagogical profile, which consists of five substructures, is given: namely, the technology of identifying the individual-typological peculiarities of the personality of the future teacher, revealing the orientation on professions of the type "man-man", revealing of emotional stability, revealing of communicative and organizational skills, as well as technology to identify the empathy of future teachers. The components of professional suitability of the future teacher are generalized. The methodical recommendations are addressed to students of higher educational institutions of the pedagogical profile, as well as to practical psychologists, methodologists, as well as to all those who are interested in implementing selection for pedagogical educational institutions.
