Abstract
The program of Ukrainian literature for secondary schools developed on the basis of the law of Ukraine "On General secondary education" and the new State standard of basic and full General secondary education. This program is the full content of and requirements to the level of speech competence of students is consistent with the cognitive and educational abilities of students with visual impairments. This program added a new column "Direction coraccio-rozvitku work" which revealed the author's directions coraccio-rozvitku work on improvements, special formation, development and correction cognitive and speech activities of students with visual impairments, which has led to some lack of development of these processes, the material is all useful lines of course. This work is also based on the principles of competence-based, cognitive-communicative, student-centered and activity approaches to learning.
