Abstract

In the guidelines deals with the conceptual foundations professional development of teachers as subjects of international educational activities. Characterized theoretical and methodological approaches to research problems professional development of teachers in the context of globalization. Based on the analysis of international experience outlined promising areas of development Global Education in developed English-speaking countries; the features of global formation competency in teaching staff. Guidelines contain a reference theoretical material, the list of issues for independent work and a list of books for self study. Recommended for master students, postgraduates and doctoral students; teachers.
