Abstract

The article reveals the leading role of variable education component content of high school as an important component of continuing professional education. On the specific example analyzing the role of authors in modernization educational programs, we talk on the need to create of educational programs for the elective courses. The structural-functional content of variable component, the integration of axiological, cognitive, personal and creative components provides general and specific didactic functions of elective courses.
