Abstract

The formation of the educational ideal as the product of functioning of the certain educational system in specific historically-conditioned space is represented. The relevance of usage psychological and social approach to research of formation special features and transformation of the educational ideal in national theory and practice of XIX and the early XX century is appealed. The adaption necessity of psychological and sociological categorical apparatus to historical and pedagogical research of conditions and mechanisms of the ideal personality’s formation is substantiated. The combination of psychological and sociological approaches to the ideal personality research in scientific theories of: S. Freud («ego-ideal» as the component of socially-conditioned «superego» – the last stage of education of the individual), C. Jung (the highest human ideals as a manifestation of the archetype of «self» and anti-ideals as a result of the existence of the archetype «shadow»), I. Pavlov (the study of social human’s freedom and danger of revolutionary mechanism of outdated ideals change), B. Ananyev (the ideals as the result of socially determined mental qualities and properties), S. Rubinstein (social and historical conditionality of the ideals), R. Linton and G. Mead (the dependence of the ideal’s content from the «role expectations» and «role attitudes»), O. Vodovozova (the dependence of educational ideal from social inertia) and others are analyzed. The educational ideal is represented as the result of historically and socially conditioned development of the definite society, social group and a certain individual taking into consideration one’s individual biological, psychological and sociogenic properties.
