Abstract

The program of the Ukrainian language for General educational establishments with the Ukrainian language of training developed on the basis of the law of Ukraine "On General secondary education" and the new State standard of basic and full General secondary education. The program in full content and requirements to the level of speech competence of students is consistent with the cognitive and educational opportunities for the blind and students with visual impairments. This program added a new column "Direction coraccio-rozvitku work" which revealed remedial work on the development, improvement, special formation, correction of cognitive and speech activities of students with severe disabilities, which led to some failure of development of these processes, the material is all useful lines of course. This work is also based on the principles of competence-based, cognitive-communicative, student-centered and activity approaches to learning.
