Abstract
The article reveals the concept of personal-professional adult development and the role of his spiritual and personal resources in the process. Stressed the importance of the subject of work output abroad individualistic interests, which contributes to the harmonization of individual processes with social, transpersonal processes, which is the term personal-professional development of adults.
