Abstract

The higher school requires the new teacher with general, art-aesthetic and professional culture, critical and consecutive professional-pedagogical thinking. The young teachers have a necessity of fast and effective passage of the adaptable period and the further professional development. The steps of professional formation of design disciplines teacher in an educational institution are proved in this article.
