Abstract

Аuthor analyzes the notion «I-concept» of professional development system of the personality in the conditions of intra-firm motivation; proves negative, ambivalent, positive «I-concept» employees; identifies the structural components (cognitive, emotional, behavioral); characterizes its influence on efficiency and competitiveness of the organization; argues that the development of positive «I-concept» is one of the most important tasks in the system of internal motivation and incentive.
