Abstract
The guide addresses key organizational and economic aspects of professional training of employees in the workplace. The essence of economic fundamentals of vocational training, learning objectives and the need for training skilled workers, planning of activities. The basic directions of professional training of skilled workers in manufacturing, professional qualification and promotion planning work career.
