Abstract

The paper presents scientific views on the meaning of life. The definition of "sublime meaning" is given, its relationship to such concepts as responsibility, conscience, freedom, personal choice and creativity is submitted. It is about the impact of youth, teen subculture on the formation of value-semantic sphere of a young person. The author draws attention to the interpersonal, intergenerational dialogue communication as a mechanism of the exchange of meanings. The guidelines that promote a person’s search and realisation of the sublime meaning, which determines the development of the personality and their ascending movement of life. The method of parable interpretation is proposed by means of which a psychologist can help a client find the meaning of existence, sense and experience its value for themselves, identify their opportunities and rediscover the ways and means of realisation of the meaning in life.
